Job Requirements

Must be punctual and reliable
Must be well-groomed with a clean uniform
Ability to lift 5-15 pounds
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
Good communication skills
Ability to accommodate special guest needs
Previous experience in hospitality preferred
Ability to manage phone calls and online wait lists

Ability to perform repetitive motions including pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

Opening the door for guest arriving and departing
Accommodating any special needs of guests, i.e., boosters, highchairs, disabilities
Answering the phone
Managing an online wait list
Taking, entering and packaging to-go orders, including delivering to vehicle as needed
Providing guest assistance to servers as needed, serving food and drinks, cleaning tables, etc.
