IHOP Host/Hostess

As a Host/Hostess, you will have the opportunity to provide a memorable first impression to our guests by promptly, cheerfully, and courteously welcoming them. Greeting with a smile and making our guests feel welcome is the most important thing we can do and that privilege belongs to this job! Other duties include: Opening the door for guest arriving and departing, Accommodating any special needs of guests, i.e., boosters, highchairs, disabilities, Answering the phone, Managing an online waitlist, taking, entering, and packaging to-go orders, including delivering to the vehicle as needed, Providing guest assistance to servers as needed, serving food and drinks, cleaning tables, etc.
