Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service experience helpful but not required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to handle cash transactions
  • Positive attitude and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Promptly and cheerfully greet guests as they enter the restaurant and seat them as soon as possible
  • Maintain a waiting list as needed
  • Rotate seating stations and handle complaints
  • Thank guests and invite them to return
  • Answer the phone, take messages, and complete to-go orders while maintaining high customer service
  • Handle money responsibly by maintaining guest checks
  • Perform restroom cleaning duties and reset tables by cleaning chairs, booths, and floors
