Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience helpful but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to handle cash transactions
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Promptly and cheerfully greet guests as they enter the restaurant and seat them as soon as possible
- Maintain a waiting list as needed
- Rotate seating stations and handle complaints
- Thank guests and invite them to return
- Answer the phone, take messages, and complete to-go orders while maintaining high customer service
- Handle money responsibly by maintaining guest checks
- Perform restroom cleaning duties and reset tables by cleaning chairs, booths, and floors
