As a Dishwasher/Busser, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all dishware and utensils are cleaned efficiently and safely to meet health and safety regulations. You will handle the unloading of delivery trucks, proper storage of supplies, and assist with supply rotations in service areas and the dining room. The role also involves maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant by sweeping and mopping floors, removing trash, and ensuring the proper care of cleaning equipment. Occasionally, you may be required to help assemble take-out orders and deliver food to guests to enhance the customer dining experience.

The position demands a high level of physical endurance as it is labor-intensive and requires standing for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift. Candidates must be capable of lifting or moving weights up to 50 pounds and have full hand and arm mobility, as the tasks involve repetitive movements.
