Job Requirements
- Ability to read and prepare all food recipes to IHOP specifications
- Ability to prepare food within outlined ticket times
- Ability to read food tickets or receive verbal instruction
- Capable of using knives and other food preparation equipment
- Operate large volume cooking equipment like flat tops, deep fryers, stoves and dishwashers
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Full mobility of hands and arms while performing repetitive tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
