Job Duties

- operate large-volume cooking equipment including flat tops, deep fryers, stoves, and dishwashers
- read and follow food recipes and tickets
- set up cooking equipment and verify stock
- maintain clean and sanitary work areas
- work with team members effectively
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines
