Job Requirements

Job Duties

Create food according to IHOP recipes and specifications
Prepare meals within outlined ticket times
Read and interpret food tickets or follow verbal instructions
Use knives and food preparation equipment safely and effectively
Operate large volume cooking equipment including flat tops, deep fryers, stoves, and dishwashers
Set up cooking equipment prior to service
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area
