ICU CLINICAL SUPERVISOR, Full Time Nights

This ICU Clinical Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN) position is a full-time role requiring 36 hours per week on the ICU unit, offering a convenient night shift schedule along with full benefits. The role involves both clinical and managerial responsibilities, including direct and indirect patient care, performing disciplinary actions, and participating in hiring and termination processes. As a supervisor, the nurse communicates effectively with physicians, nurse managers, and co-workers regarding patient clinical conditions, diagnostic results, and symptomatology. The ICU Clinical Supervisor RN is expected to respond promptly and accurately to changes in patient conditions or treatment responses. The role demands competency in specialized patient care within the ICU setting, pain assessment and management, teaching patients and their families, and ongoing evaluation and revision of care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
