The Ice Helper role is an essential position within Toot'n Totum's Warehouse team. This full-time role centers on supporting the Ice Driver by loading, handling, and delivering bagged ice products to various Toot'n Totum convenience stores in a timely and safe manner. The position requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working in cold environments and operating delivery vehicles and equipment like pallet jacks. The Ice Helper is responsible for building orders, assisting with inbound freight, rotating products at store levels to maintain freshness, and ensuring excellent guest service during deliveries. Job Requirements
- Ability to stand at least 8 hours constantly, walk, sit, talk/hear, push/pull, climb, bend/stoop, crouch/kneel/crawl, taste/smell, balance, twist/reach, carry, grasp with hands, squat, and drive
- Lift/pull up to 60 lbs daily
- Ability to hear alarms, communication equipment, verbal instructions, machinery and area-specific items
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
- Ability to perform under stress and make independent decisions
- General vision requirements including close, distance, color, and peripheral vision
- Comfortable working in normal to loud noise levels
- Regularly use both feet and both hands repetitively
- General working conditions include wet/humid/steam conditions, working with mechanical parts and machinery, exposure to chemicals, outdoor weather extremes, confined areas, electrical equipment, vibration, and work around moving vehicles

Job Duties
- Assist in loading and delivering ice to company sites in a safe and timely manner
- Pull orders and build outbound loads for daily route assignments and schedules
- Responsible for product rotation at the store level to ensure product freshness
- Assist with in-bound freight as necessary
- Work with other team members to balance daily tasks
- Provide excellent guest service during delivery interactions
- Verify delivery information and obtain customer signatures when necessary
