As a full-time management position, this role is strategically important within the Golf, Fitness, & Entertainment category. The position offers a competitive pay range of $25.77 to $27.69 per hour with eligibility for bonuses, reflecting the significance of the role in driving operational success and guest satisfaction.

The role involves assisting in the planning and execution of meetings and special events while ensuring seamless coordination between sales and operations to maximize guest experience and operational efficiency. This leadership role requires not only a strong understanding of event management and hospitality standards but also the ability to train and motivate team members.

This position requires coordination with outside vendors and management of controllable expenses, aiming to enhance the event experience and bolster revenue generation from various sources including merchandise sales and upselling during event planning. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, fostering an environment that consistently exceeds guest expectations. The position holds responsibility for managing employee performance by conducting annual appraisals and supporting supervisors in meeting their development goals. Safety and security of the employees and property are core priorities, alongside fostering continuous improvement in service delivery.

Gaylord Hotels' commitment to diversity and equal opportunity ensures a workplace embracing unique backgrounds, talents, and experiences, reinforcing its inclusive culture.
