The human resources component involves interviewing, selecting, and training staff. Managers are expected to appraise employee productivity and efficiency, ensuring safety and security within the team and property. Monitoring attendance, guiding employee development goals, and conducting annual performance reviews are also critical functions of this role. Through these responsibilities, the management position at Gaylord Hotels plays a pivotal role in supporting both operational success and employee growth within a vibrant, diverse, and inclusive work environment.
