Job Requirements
- Prior kitchen or food service experience preferred but training is available
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
- good communication skills and a team-first attitude
- ability to work events schedule mostly Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday evenings
- ability to stand, walk, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook fried foods such as fries, chicken tenders, and onion rings, following recipes and portion standards
- set up and maintain fryer equipment, ensuring proper oil levels, temperatures, and cleanliness
- bread, batter, and monitor cook times for fried items to ensure consistent quality
- assist with prep tasks including chopping produce, measuring ingredients, and preparing sauces
- wash, peel, and portion fruits and vegetables as needed
- maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all food safety and sanitation protocols
- restock supplies, assist with inventory, and alert the Kitchen Manager of low stock
- receive and inspect food deliveries for quality and freshness
- work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service, especially during peak periods
- clean and sanitize all cooking and prep equipment
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
