As a company, Ian's embraces a diverse and supportive workforce, focusing heavily on employee growth, learning, and satisfaction. Working at Ian's means being part of a team that values hard work, good vibes, and a passion for pizza-making that transcends the ordinary. The role of the Prep Cook at Ian's Pizza is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to advance their culinary skills or explore a rewarding job in food preparation within a supportive, lively pizzeria environment. The position offers a starting hourly wage of $16 and is perfect for individuals who enjoy being active and involved in making delicious food. Prep cooks at Ian's are the backbone of the kitchen, responsible for preparing the legendary pizza dough, handling ingredients like cheese and other toppings, and ensuring that the preparation area is always clean, organized, and well-stocked.

This is a part-time to full-time role, with shifts running from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday, offering approximately 20 to 35 hours per week depending on availability. Additionally, the prep cook will grate and prepare cheese—revered as the pizzeria's "pizza gold"—and contribute to an environment that is friendly and fun, where laughter is encouraged and teamwork is essential.

Ian's Pizza places a strong emphasis on the well-being of its employees, providing full-time staff with medical and dental insurance, paid time off including sick days, and a retirement plan with up to a 3 percent company match. Employees also enjoy flexible schedules and the perk of free pizza. There is a $250 bonus for referring new team members, demonstrating Ian's commitment to growing a close-knit, welcoming team. Beyond the tangible benefits, working at Ian's Pizza means joining a team where you can bring your authentic self to work and enjoy a positive work culture that celebrates food, friendship, and craftsmanship every day. Candidates who demonstrate good teamwork, a strong work ethic, and enthusiasm for food preparation will thrive in this role and find numerous opportunities to grow professionally and personally.
