Job Description

Salted is a pioneering restaurant group that stands as the largest delivery-first restaurant operator in the United States. Specializing in innovative, better-for-you cuisine, Salted focuses on clean-label, plant-driven, and delicious food options that appeal to health-conscious consumers seeking convenient yet wholesome dining experiences. The company is dedicated to shaping the future of the restaurant industry by combining culinary excellence with cutting-edge delivery models. Their approach not only meets the increasing demand for high-quality, health-focused meals delivered right to customers' doors but also supports sustainable and efficient operational strategies across multiple kitchens. Salted’s commitment to accessibility and innovation places them at the forefront of the evolving foodservice market, making them a highly attractive employer for professionals passionate about culinary innovation and operational excellence.

This opportunity is for a full-time District Manager role offered on a hybrid-remote work model with expected frequent travel throughout Texas, especially in Dallas, Austin, and Houston. The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $116,000 along with performance-based bonuses, profit sharing, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes unlimited paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as a 401k with up to a 4% employer match after one year. This role places you at the core of Salted's operational strategy, overseeing the performance, compliance, and development of multiple kitchen locations under the company’s delivery-first model.

As the District Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of multiple kitchens, ensuring they meet the highest company standards in culinary quality, customer service, and operational efficiency. You will partner closely with the Regional Director to recruit, coach, and develop talented Kitchen Managers and staff members across assigned locations. Regular store visits and audits will be essential to monitor operational procedures, assess performance metrics, and uphold compliance with company policies. The District Manager will also conduct detailed financial performance analyses alongside Kitchen Managers, offering actionable recommendations to enhance profitability and service standards.

This role demands a strong foundation in culinary and customer service skills paired with a proven track record in multi-unit kitchen management, preferably with experience in quick-service restaurant (QSR) environments. Candidates must demonstrate a history of meeting or exceeding financial and operational targets, possess a valid driver’s license, and be willing to travel up to 75% of the workweek within Texas and occasionally beyond. By joining Salted, you become part of an innovative culinary journey that not only advances your professional career but also contributes meaningfully to the health-focused restaurant movement. This is a dynamic and growth-oriented role for leaders eager to impact the future of food delivery and restaurant operations in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
