Job Duties

  • Deliver warm, enthusiastic service that makes every guest feel like a VIP
  • Keep banquet setups polished and clean, organizing spaces for event readiness
  • Communicate clearly and professionally regarding menus, orders, and guest inquiries
  • Manage time effectively across varying shifts including nights and weekends
  • Follow safety protocols diligently and report any concerns promptly
  • Assist in setup and teardown of banquet equipment and furniture
  • Ensure all event areas are secured and clean post-event
