This role is vital in ensuring our dining area remains pristine, orderly, and welcoming to our guests throughout their visit.
The Busser position is the backbone of our restaurant's smooth operation, playing a crucial behind-the-scenes role in maintaining a clean and inviting dining atmosphere. Responsibilities include promptly clearing dishes and glassware from tables even while guests are still enjoying their meals, efficiently resetting tables to prepare for new guests, and supporting waitstaff by restocking service areas. Occasionally, the Busser will assist with dishwashing duties, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented spirit.
Ideal candidates are active, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for teamwork and guest satisfaction. Usually requiring a high school diploma and up to two years of experience, this position is suitable for individuals new to the hospitality field or looking to gain valuable restaurant experience. The role typically operates under direct supervision and involves handling straightforward issues independently while escalating complex concerns to higher-level staff.
