Job Duties
- Create exceptional beverages with precision and artistry following standard operating procedures
- Respond to guest requests with urgency and genuine warmth
- Maintain organized work areas and optimize workflow to maximize productivity
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage deposits
- Perform pre- and post-shift responsibilities including stocking service stations
- Represent the hotel professionally and enthusiastically maintaining high appearance standards
- Ensure seamless operations for the next shift
