The role of Housekeeping Supervisor at Hyatt Place Tampa/Busch Gardens is a pivotal position that goes beyond typical maintenance duties. The supervisor plays a crucial leadership role, managing a dedicated team of Room Attendants and House Attendants to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This individual oversees day-to-day housekeeping operations ensuring thorough inspections, detailed reports, and adherence to productivity standards, all of which contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be a key figure in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across all hotel facilities. You will be responsible for inspiring your team with clear communication and hands-on training, fostering a motivated and efficient workforce. Additionally, managing the safety and security aspects such as lost and found items, key control, and access to restricted areas will be part of your critical responsibilities. This role requires a detail-oriented, energetic leader who values organization and team collaboration.

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in hotel or related field
