Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is advantageous
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
Strong attention to detail
Availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Physical ability to perform manual cleaning tasks
Commitment to safety and compliance standards

Job Duties

Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in guest rooms and equipment
Spruce up lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
Make sure everything shines, from carpets to furniture
Stock and organize housekeeping carts, ensuring efficiency and readiness
Replace bed linens and restock guest room supplies
Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, including changing AC filters and touching up paint
Respond quickly to guest requests with excellent customer service
Practice safe work habits and respect guest and hotel property
