With Johns Hopkins University and the University of Maryland Medical Center within a short drive, our hotel caters to a diverse clientele including travelers, business professionals, and tourists alike.
Our establishment is committed to making every guest feel at home by delivering exceptional hospitality and creating lasting memories. What truly sets us apart is our team-oriented culture where collaboration and mutual support drive daily operations. We operate with a people-first approach, emphasizing continuous improvement through daily Stand-up Meetings where wins are celebrated and service strategies are refined. The Front Desk Agent embodies the hotel’s commitment to hospitality by making every interaction effortless and inviting. Behind the scenes, this role demands precise coordination of reservations, requests, and any surprises that might arise, requiring a hospitality ninja's multitasking skills.
The ideal candidate will be a Guest Service Superstar, ensuring every guest feels comfortable and valued, whether answering quick inquiries or handling significant requests. You must be a Communication Champ, able to convey messages clearly and confidently both to guests and team members, ensuring seamless flow of information. A Quick-Thinking Problem Solver is essential to handle unexpected challenges promptly, turning potential issues into positive experiences. You will also be a Multitasking Marvel, expertly managing reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
As part of a full-time position, this role comes with a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, short-term and long-term disability income, term life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, an employee assistance program, and a 401k retirement plan. Additionally, we now offer Daily Pay options for eligible employees. Our hotel also provides hotel discounts, online training courses, management apprentice programs, and leadership development opportunities, all designed to help you grow and advance your career in hospitality.
If you are passionate about hospitality, eager to contribute to a supportive and dynamic team, and ready to create exceptional guest experiences, this is your moment to shine.
