Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- knowledge of hotel management software
- basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational skills
- ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

- experience in hotel or related field preferred
- familiarity with hotel management software

Job Duties

- manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to fulfill guest requests
- process reservations and manage front desk operations
- maintain accurate financial transactions and records
- support team communication and collaboration
