Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • knowledge of hotel management software
  • basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to handle stressful situations calmly
  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in hotel or related field preferred
  • familiarity with hotel management software

Job Duties

  • manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently

  • coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to fulfill guest requests
  • process reservations and manage front desk operations
  • maintain accurate financial transactions and records
  • support team communication and collaboration
