Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or relevant college degree with related experience
- Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Strong financial and arithmetic skills
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties
- Coach and train team members to ensure smooth shift operations
- Uphold compliance with grooming, safety, and certification standards including Food Handlers and Alcohol Awareness
- Manage payroll, employee scheduling, and reporting on staff productivity
- Oversee food quality, beverage purchasing, and creative promotions
- Address guest requests and resolve concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Analyze operational reports and participate in management meetings
- Support team versatility by stepping in as needed and maintaining a positive workplace environment
