As a Food & Beverage Manager at Hyatt Centric Downtown Sacramento, you will be the driving force behind an exceptional culinary and service experience that sparks guest satisfaction and loyalty. Your responsibilities will range from coaching and training your team of service professionals to maintaining operational excellence and strict compliance with industry standards such as food safety certifications including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
