Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or relevant college degree with related experience
  • Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • Strong financial and arithmetic skills
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties

  • Coach and train team members to ensure smooth shift operations
  • Uphold compliance with grooming, safety, and certification standards including Food Handlers and Alcohol Awareness
  • Manage payroll, employee scheduling, and reporting on staff productivity
  • Oversee food quality, beverage purchasing, and creative promotions
  • Address guest requests and resolve concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction
  • Analyze operational reports and participate in management meetings
  • Support team versatility by stepping in as needed and maintaining a positive workplace environment
