Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Maintain current Food Handler's Certification
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Previous experience in hosting or customer service preferred
Job Qualifications
- Previous host or hostess experience preferred
- Customer service background beneficial
- Experience using OpenTable is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Food Handler's Certification required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Welcome guests with a genuine Texas-sized charm and hospitality
- Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Recognize and engage regular and VIP guests to ensure they feel valued
- Make first-time guests feel like VIPs from their initial arrival
- Facilitate smooth guest flow without rushing or delaying
- Highlight and celebrate special occasions with enthusiasm and style
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area
