Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or related field
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent time management and problem solving
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of local traffic regulations and routes
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience driving 18' box truck and/or 24' stake bed
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds frequently
- Basic computer skills

Job Duties
- Receive and inspect goods for accuracy and quality
- Organize and manage inventory including shelving, labeling, and categorizing items
- Assemble orders based on customer requests ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on HVAC equipment such as cleaning and minor repairs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and handle hazardous materials properly
- Plan and optimize delivery routes considering traffic and weather
- Safely load and unload HVAC equipment onto delivery vehicles using proper techniques
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain accurate delivery records and submit required paperwork
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance checks and report repairs
