We are currently seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our HVAC Service Department. In this role, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, responsible for scheduling customer appointments, resolving complaints, dispatching service technicians, and supporting overall service department operations. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19.00 to $24.00, plus additional compensation for on-call availability, working nights, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Reliability in transportation to and from the office is essential.
Our ideal candidate is someone with strong time management capabilities and the ability to work collaboratively with both customers and co-workers. Experience in the HVAC or construction industry is preferred but not required, as is bilingual ability. This is a full-time, in-person role located in Round Rock, TX, where you will be part of a team that supports one another in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
