The company places a strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and customer service, adhering to the highest standards of excellence and regulatory requirements while fostering a positive work and service culture.
The role of HVAC & Boiler Plant Manager at Mercy Hospital of Buffalo is critical to the facility's maintenance and engineering operations. This position entails the management and supervision of all activities related to heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), boiler operations, and other mechanical and electrical building systems. The manager is responsible for overseeing hourly maintenance staff and ensuring that maintenance work orders are prioritized and completed timely and efficiently. A key part of this role is to ensure all maintenance and operational activities comply with both Aramark's policies and the healthcare facility's standards, including Joint Commission regulations. The HVAC & Boiler Plant Manager functions as a servant leader who inspires and supports the maintenance team while creating a safe, productive work environment.
