Job Requirements
- previous experience in full-service restaurant is preferred however not required
- display a confident and professional appearance
- excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well with a team
- ability to exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 6-8 hours per shift while maintaining a fun and positive attitude
- must be able to carry about 35lbs
- ability to effectively communicate on the telephone

Job Duties
- greet guests with genuine enthusiasm and hospitality
- inform guests with estimated wait times
- input guests information into reservation system properly
- show guests to their tables and take any initial drink orders
- bid guests a warm farewell when they depart
- perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning glass and menus
- ensure restrooms are clean, stocked and orderly
- report on time and in proper uniform
- always clock in and out as required
- promote teamwork within the restaurant creating a positive work environment
