We are currently seeking an experienced bartender to join our dynamic team at Harvest Restaurant Group. The role involves executing all necessary steps of service with precision, from greeting guests and taking beverage orders to mixing and serving drinks accurately and efficiently. Maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and organization behind the bar is essential to ensure a smooth workflow and uphold health and safety standards. The bartender is also expected to demonstrate thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus to provide exemplary customer service, including responding positively and promptly to any guest requests or concerns.
Employees in this role are required to report on time, adhere to the company dress code by wearing the proper uniform, and accurately record their working hours by clocking in and out as required. A confident and professional appearance is necessary to represent the brand's high standards, along with excellent attention to detail to meet deadlines and maintain service quality. Physical endurance is also important, as the position involves mobility for periods of 6-8 hours per shift and the ability to carry weights of up to 40 lbs.
