The role of Training Manager at Hilton is a vital position responsible for managing and enhancing the training programs that empower hotel team members to provide memorable and high-quality guest experiences.   • Experience in hospitality training or related roles
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency with training program design and delivery

  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory training requirements
