The Human Resources Representative role at Uline’s Reno Branch is a critical position that supports the company’s mission to attract, select, and retain top talent. This role offers an annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000, reflecting Uline’s commitment to rewarding experienced professionals in human resources. As a Human Resources Representative, you will collaborate closely with recruiting teams and hiring managers to facilitate successful hiring and onboarding processes. You will be responsible for supporting benefits and leave administration including short-term disability, workers’ compensation, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and personal leave. This position also leads workplace policy development and employee conduct reviews to ensure a positive, compliant work environment. You will actively participate in community events, job fairs, and employee engagement initiatives to reinforce Uline’s brand as an employer of choice.

In addition to administrative functions, you will maintain expert-level knowledge of federal, state, and local legal regulations related to employment, ensuring Uline’s HR practices meet all compliance requirements. Your role will be integral in handling sensitive cases with discretion and professionalism, supporting both employees and leadership.
