This full-time role offers an hourly wage of $19.00 and is integral to supporting our Human Resources department’s efforts to recruit, onboard, and retain top talent. The position involves a variety of HR functions including benefits administration, employee record maintenance, and facilitating training programs. The Human Resources Assistant works closely with the HR team to ensure seamless employee experiences from hiring through ongoing development. - 1-2 years of experience in human resources or related field
- knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- proficient in microsoft office and HRIS systems
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- passion for delivering exceptional service to employees
