Job Description
Hilton is a global leader in the hospitality industry, renowned for providing exceptional guest experiences and maintaining an award-winning workplace culture. With a rich history of welcoming over 3 billion guests worldwide, Hilton embodies the light and warmth of hospitality through its commitment to excellence, integrity, leadership, teamwork, and ownership. The company operates a suite of world-class brands, continually setting new standards in the travel industry and cultivating an inclusive and supportive environment for its Team Members. Hilton values the well-being of its employees and offers unmatched perks and benefits that support both professional growth and personal life. Joining Hilton means becoming part of a globally recognized organization that values integrity, teamwork, and leadership, with opportunities to build a meaningful career in hospitality.
As a Human Resources Manager at Hilton, you will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of the hotel’s human resources function while delivering memorable experiences that enhance the workplace culture for all team members. This dynamic role requires managing key HR functions including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management in alignment with corporate policies and federal and local regulations. You will foster team member engagement by leading employee relations initiatives such as recognition programs, special events, and engagement activities designed to create a positive and productive workplace.
Additionally, you will take charge of managing HR systems and compliance, overseeing team member data management, tracking employment transitions, generating reports, and processing unemployment claims to ensure smooth HR operations. A vital part of your responsibilities will be to inspire, coach, mentor, and develop your HR team through conducting performance evaluations, offering professional development opportunities, and recognizing achievements that contribute to building and retaining a high-performing, engaged team. Hilton’s core values — hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and acting with urgency — guide your everyday actions and decisions as you contribute to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all employees.
Hilton’s commitment to its Team Members is evident in its extensive benefits package, which includes incredible travel perks such as deeply discounted hotel stays, an employee stock purchase program that allows investing in Hilton shares at a discount, paid parental leave for eligible team members, personalized caregiving support, crisis concierge services, mental health resources including an Employee Assistance Program, generous paid time off, comprehensive health and welfare benefits, and retirement plans designed to support financial security. These benefits vary depending on location and employment conditions but collectively demonstrate Hilton’s dedication to the well-being and growth of its employees.
In this role, you will be joining a workplace that has been repeatedly recognized on the World’s Best Workplaces list by Great Place to Work and Fortune. The culture at Hilton is one where employees are encouraged to grow, lead, and thrive while making a positive impact on guests and colleagues alike. Whether you are just starting your career or looking to advance in human resources management within a prestigious hospitality company, Hilton provides the support, resources, and opportunities to help you succeed and make every stay more magical for guests and team members alike. Join Hilton to be part of a globally respected leader that truly cares about both its guests and the people who make the magic happen every day.
