The organization values clarity in expectations and success metrics, fostering a culture where employees have clear paths for achievement and growth. This commitment extends to providing a supportive and positive workplace that upholds quality and excellence, underscoring their dedication to long-term success and rewarding careers.
The role available is that of a Senior Human Resources Manager based near Stuart, FL, with some flexibility in working from home one day per week. This full-time, on-site position offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $155,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. The compensation is complemented by a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance with company matching, a retirement plan also matched by the company, 10 days of paid time off annually plus 8-10 paid holidays, employee discounts on company products, relocation assistance for qualified candidates, and yearly holiday bonuses.
As the Senior Human Resources Manager, you will lead critical HR initiatives within a compact team of approximately 40 employees, functioning as a 'Department of One' without direct reports initially. This hands-on role requires proficiency in managing all HR responsibilities, including bi-weekly payroll and benefits administration, while ensuring compliance with Florida labor laws. You will drive talent acquisition efforts, collaborating closely with leadership and department heads to attract and retain top talent suitable for a fast-paced eCommerce environment. The position entails overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee training, performance management, and compensation structures. You will also handle sensitive employee relations matters such as conflict resolution and investigations, sustain compliance with evolving employment laws, and manage vendor relations for benefits administration.
Additionally, the role demands strong capabilities in HRIS management and legal contract review, with responsibilities encompassing drafting and reviewing employment contracts and non-disclosure agreements. The successful candidate will craft and refine HR policies and performance evaluation systems that align with the organization’s strategic objectives. This is an ideal position for a seasoned HR professional who thrives in both autonomous and collaborative settings, eager to make a measurable difference in employee engagement and organizational development within a thriving luxury eCommerce business.
