The Human Resource Manager position at Hyatt Regency is a pivotal role designed for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a dynamic hotel environment. This role demands expertise across all areas of human resources, including benefits administration, recruitment and retention, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and employee lifecycle support. The candidate should be proficient with HR systems including Taleo, ADP EV6, HireRight, Equifax, MySedgwick, and WFM Dimensions, which supports efficient HR operations and data management. This role also requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staffing needs and partner with various departments to meet business objectives. The HR Manager is expected to demonstrate high energy, results-driven leadership, and a passion for customer service — all essential qualities that align with Hyatt's core values of caring for their associates and guests alike. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with a global hospitality leader that values innovation, inclusivity, and employee well-being.
