The Human Resources Manager II role at Cintas is a critical position that spans a wide array of human resources functions essential to the company’s operational success and employee satisfaction. This full-time, regular position operates primarily on the first shift, reporting within the Rental organization. The Human Resources Manager II is responsible for overseeing the complete spectrum of HR activities including but not limited to employee turnover management, recruiting top talent, payroll processing, benefits administration, and fostering positive employee relations. A significant focus of the role is on compliance with employment laws and regulations such as FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, and Unemployment laws, ensuring the company meets its legal obligations precisely and consistently.
Safety is central to this HR leadership role, with the manager tasked to guarantee that all team members are well-trained on company safety protocols and that a culture of safety is ingrained throughout the location. In this capacity, the manager drives safety training initiatives, audits compliance, and actively promotes best practices to minimize workplace hazards. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in human resources, including comprehensive experience with safety programs, compensation strategies, benefits coordination, recruitment, hiring, and training processes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and effective communication skills are essential to handle the multifaceted responsibilities successfully.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring and training
- valid driver’s license
- proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
