The role being advertised is that of a Human Resources Manager II, a critical leadership position within the organization. This full-time, regular position is part of the Rental organization under the HR/Legal job category and functions on the first shift. The Human Resources Manager II at Cintas is responsible for overseeing all fundamental areas of human resources within their assigned location. This includes managing employee turnover, recruitment processes, payroll administration, and benefits coordination. A vital aspect of the role is fostering positive employee relations and ensuring compliance with a broad spectrum of employment laws, such as the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action regulations, Workers' Compensation, and Unemployment laws. Safety remains a key focus for this position as well, requiring the manager to educate and train employees on company safety policies and nurture a culture of safety excellence across the workplace.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a solid background in human resources who are passionate about employee engagement, legal compliance, and safety management. Cintas values proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and requires a valid driver's license due to the nature of the work. Candidates typically possess a high school diploma or GED, with a preference given to those holding a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Experience in handling safety programs, compensation, employee benefits, recruiting, hiring, and training is crucial. While two or more years of human resources experience is preferred, the role offers an engaging environment where HR practices intersect with business operations to drive organizational success and ensure that employee and company needs are met with professionalism and care.
