The Human Resources Manager II role at Cintas represents a critical leadership position within the company’s HR function. This full-time, regular shift position is designed to oversee all general facets of human resources management across the location. The HR Manager II is responsible for driving employee relations, overseeing turnover rates, managing recruiting efforts, administering payroll and benefits, and ensuring compliance with key employment laws such as FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, and Unemployment regulations. A significant aspect of this role is to champion workplace safety by ensuring that all employees are trained on company safety policies and fostering a workplace culture that prioritizes safety at every level. The HR Manager II serves as a strategic partner to leadership, balancing operational HR needs with long-term organizational objectives.

This role requires proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intra/internet applications, along with bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English, enhancing effective communication within a diverse workforce. Candidates are expected to have a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field preferred. Experience in safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring, and training is necessary to succeed in this role.
