The Human Resources Manager position at Coury Hospitality offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that supports the day-to-day HR operations of Hotel Vin Rogers, an Autograph Collection property. This role involves close collaboration with hotel leadership teams to manage curator relations, performance management, onboarding, recruitment, and compliance with employment law. The Human Resources Manager plays a vital role in promoting company values and ensuring that HR programs and initiatives align with the organization’s high standards. Responsibilities range widely from leadership and guidance on team member relations, recruiting, safety, training, development, and compensation to benefits administration. This multifaceted role requires excellent problem-solving, coaching, and conflict resolution skills, emphasizing a balanced approach to managing human resources within a hospitality context.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality HR management
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and ordinances
  • Proven experience in conflict resolution and employee relations
  • Ability to manage workers' compensation and leave claims
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
  • Commitment to professional development and certification
