This role involves close collaboration with hotel leadership teams to manage curator relations, performance management, onboarding, recruitment, and compliance with employment law. The Human Resources Manager plays a vital role in promoting company values and ensuring that HR programs and initiatives align with the organization’s high standards. Responsibilities range widely from leadership and guidance on team member relations, recruiting, safety, training, development, and compensation to benefits administration. Candidates for this role should possess significant experience in hospitality HR management, with a comprehensive understanding of federal, state, and city regulations.
