Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing HR functions in a hospitality or service-oriented environment
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team
- Proficiency in HR information systems and data reporting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
