The Human Resources Manager at Novolex is a pivotal role responsible for leading HR initiatives and fostering a positive work environment at their manufacturing facility. This position involves partnering effectively with employees, managers, and corporate contacts to meet general HR needs and address challenges that arise. The HR Manager will strategically manage employee development through creating and overseeing plans for goal-setting, coaching, training, as well as rewards and recognition.
