Their commitment to sustainability is deeply integrated into every facet of the company, focusing on their products, operations, and people. This strong dedication to sustainability supports the company’s growth and commitment to responsible business practices, reflecting an ambitious approach towards long-term environmental and social goals.

The Human Resources Manager at Novolex is a pivotal role responsible for leading HR initiatives and fostering a positive work environment at their manufacturing facility. The HR Manager will strategically manage employee development through creating and overseeing plans for goal-setting, coaching, training, as well as rewards and recognition. A critical aspect of the role includes benefits administration for employees at the manufacturing plant, ensuring workforce well-being is maintained through competitive and comprehensive programs. The incumbent also plays a key role in developing, improving, and administering human resource policies and procedures to align with company values and legal standards. Managing the onboarding process for newly hired salaried employees ensures smooth integration into the company culture and operations.

Additionally, the HR Manager conducts exit interviews to provide insights aimed at improving employee relations and overall workplace climate. With responsibilities extending to food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), the individual in this role contributes to maintaining high operational standards at the facility. The role demands excellent critical thinking, decision-making skills, and the ability to foster effective relationships throughout the organization. The company also encourages continuous growth and development through various training and advanced education programs accessible via MyLearning, supporting employees’ advancement and skill enhancement.

Novolex’s benefits package underscores their commitment to employee well-being, offering medical, dental, and vision insurance along with mental, physical, and financial health resources.
