With extensive expertise in manufacturing and sourcing across diverse materials such as resin, paper, molded fiber, and aluminum, Novolex provides a comprehensive range of over 39,000 SKUs covering 120 product categories and 250 brands. This diversity and scale position Novolex as a top-tier packaging provider committed to innovation, customer satisfaction, and sustainability. The company's sustainability vision is anchored by three foundational pillars: products, operations, and people, which guide Novolex’s ambitious goals and comprehensive initiatives to promote sustainable practices throughout its business operations.
As Novolex expands its distribution center network across multiple U.S. locations, it seeks a skilled Human Resource Manager to support its high-volume logistics facilities. This full-time, onsite role requires the candidate to have flexibility and willingness to relocate within the United States based on site operational needs. As an integral leader within the facility, the Human Resource Manager will serve as a strategic partner driving all HR functional areas including talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, training and development, compensation, payroll, benefits, internal communications, change management, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Reporting directly to the HR Leader - Logistics, this role will lead the implementation of talent strategies and HR programs that foster a high-performing, values-based culture, ensuring operational excellence and employee satisfaction. The Human Resource Manager will be instrumental in nurturing leadership development, succession planning, and enhancing employee engagement initiatives relevant to the distribution center environment. The role also involves ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies, overseeing site payroll accuracy, conducting timely investigations, and collaborating closely with Centers of Excellence and facility management to drive continuous improvements. Novolex values candidates who bring strong business acumen, leadership agility, and the ability to manage in dynamic, fast-paced environments. This position offers a competitive salary range from $102,800 to $171,300 plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) plan with company match, medical, dental, vision insurance, paid leave benefits, and wellness programs. Novolex is committed to equal opportunity employment and fostering diverse and inclusive workplaces.
