This position is a full-time Human Resources management role based at W Austin. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years experience in human resources or related professional area
  • OR 2-year degree from accredited university in human resources, business administration or related
  • 1 year experience in human resources or related area
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • capability to manage employee disputes and disciplinary processes
  • proficiency in coordination of training and development
  • experience working in hospitality or similar industry preferred
