Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- bachelor's degree preferred
- at least 2 years of experience in human resources or related field
- familiarity with hospitality industry standards an advantage
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- proficiency in MS Office applications
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree in human resources business administration or related field preferred
- previous experience in a human resources generalist role within the hospitality industry or a similar fast-paced environment
- knowledge of federal and local employment laws and HR compliance requirements
