WP Beverages supports its workforce with a comprehensive benefits package and an encouraging environment for professional development and success.

The Human Resources Coordinator at WP Beverages is a vital member of the HR team, serving as a cornerstone for the successful onboarding, management, and support of employees throughout the organization. This role is responsible for preparing and conducting new employee orientations both in-person and virtually, ensuring every new hire receives a comprehensive introduction to the company's values, culture, and operational expectations. The coordinator also manages key partnerships with external vendors focusing on Department of Transportation (DOT) related files, including drug screening, medical physicals, and compliance tasks for new, current, and past employees.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Human Resources Coordinator acts as a resource to supervisors and managers by providing guidance on various human resource matters. They assist recruiters as needed with phone screening, scheduling interviews, organizing pre-employment physicals, and running Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) reports to support the hiring process. Maintaining personnel and medical files with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality is a crucial aspect of this role. The coordinator also supports leave management processes, ensuring proper communication and form control, and processes employee status changes efficiently.

Back-up duties for the HR Manager are also part of the coordinator's role, including the important task of reporting workers’ injuries to the workers compensation insurance provider. Furthermore, the coordinator contributes to wage and benefit surveys and undertakes special projects that enhance the overall HR services provided across the organization. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about human resources and employee relations to make a meaningful impact while supporting WP Beverages' growth and operational excellence.
