Job Requirements
- three years or more experience in human resources or related field
- four-year degree in human resources or related field preferred
- strong working knowledge of personal computing including ADP, Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- ability to work with limited supervision
- high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- ability to exercise good judgment and make responsible decisions
- ability to exercise discretion and high levels of confidentiality and personal integrity
- valid driver’s license
- self-starter with team player attitude and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- prepares and conducts new employee orientations both in-person and virtual
- manages partnership with outside vendor for DOT files, random DOT drug screens, federal medical physicals and other DOT related tasks
- provides human resource guidance to supervisors and managers
- acts as a backup to recruiters in conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, pre-employment physicals and running MVRs
- maintains personnel and medical files
- assists with leave management form control and communication
- processes employee status changes
- acts as a backup to HR Manager to report workers injuries to workers compensation insurance provider
- assists in wage and benefit surveys and performs special projects to enhance HR services
