The role of a Server at Huhot Mongolian Grill is fundamental to the restaurant's mission of exceeding guest expectations. Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Assist fellow team members to ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Cash handling including obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments and returning change
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality while greeting guests and establishing rapport
- Guide guests through menus and food line process with thorough knowledge of food and beverages
- Provide friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and eager to return
- Take accurate orders and partner with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests' expectations
