This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. It's important to note that this franchisee is a completely separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. Employment is directly with the franchise owner, who handles all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, and scheduling. The role being offered is that of a Manager within the restaurant setting.
