Job Description

This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. It's important to note that this franchisee is a completely separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. Employment is directly with the franchise owner, who handles all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA does not participate in these employment decisions nor does it receive applicants' employment information. This structure allows the franchisee the freedom to operate with autonomy while still benefiting from the global McDonald's brand recognition and product standards.

The role being offered is that of a Manager within the restaurant setting. This position is crucial as the Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring that McDonald's high standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness are maintained at all times. Managing a restaurant in the fast-paced quick service industry requires dedication and a strong ability to lead and develop a team.
