This full-time role is pivotal in upholding the quality and operational excellence of our hotel properties. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of hotel management including front desk operations, housekeeping, maintenance, laundry, and sales functions. The role demands a dynamic leader who is comfortable managing diverse teams, inspiring staff, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies. In this position, you will play a crucial role in recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating your team to meet and exceed service expectations and maintain our reputation for quality.

The General Manager is also responsible for managing budgets, controlling costs, forecasting labor needs, and driving overall profit and loss performance. You will ensure that properties are maintained to the highest standards, regularly inspecting rooms, public areas, and surrounding grounds for cleanliness and order. Additionally, administrative responsibilities such as scheduling, labor reporting, payroll management, night audit verification, and responding to guest reviews will fall under your purview.

HomeTowne Studios emphasizes career growth opportunities, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance with employee contributions, dental and vision insurance, employer-paid life insurance, paid time off, and 401K with employer match. We believe in supporting our employees as they grow professionally and personally within the company. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work independently, understands profit and loss statements, and brings a positive attitude conducive to leading a successful team. Join HomeTowne Studios by RedRoof and be part of a forward-thinking company that values its employees and is committed to delivering superior extended stay experiences.
