The role of General Manager at HomeTowne Studios is a pivotal position charged with overseeing the daily operations and management of the hotel to maintain and elevate quality standards. This leadership role requires a candidate adept at supervising various hotel departments including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Laundry, and Sales. The General Manager plays an integral role in recruiting, training, motivating, and leading employees to meet high service and quality standards. They are expected to inspect the hotel property regularly to ensure cleanliness and order, covering guest rooms, public areas, and exterior grounds. Managing operational budgets through careful financial controls such as forecasting, labor cost management, and profit and loss oversight is a key responsibility.
