The House Attendant role at the Marriott Phoenix Chandler is a full-time position essential to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests. As a House Attendant, you will support the housekeeping team by ensuring guest floors, public spaces, and housekeeping work areas remain pristine and well-stocked. Job Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest hallways, service areas, elevators, and other assigned public spaces
- Walk assigned floors throughout the shift to collect trash, soiled linens, and other housekeeping items
- Stock housekeeping closets and floor pantries with clean linens, towels, guest amenities, and cleaning supplies
- Deliver guest requests promptly, including towels, blankets, pillows, cribs, rollaway beds, and other amenities
- Assist Room Attendants by removing trash and linens, making beds, and completing room cleaning as needed
- Support deep cleaning and special housekeeping projects
- Transport soiled linens and trash to designated collection areas
- Maintain housekeeping equipment and carts in a clean, organized, and safe condition
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests while providing outstanding customer service
- Follow all Marriott brand standards, hotel policies, safety procedures, and cleaning protocols
- Work collaboratively with all hotel departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience
