Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources business administration management organizational leadership or a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- 7–8 years of experience in hr shared services or a related function
- 2–3 years of people leadership experience with direct people management preferred experience managing managers is a plus
- Demonstrated experience partnering with compensation benefits talent acquisition payroll finance and accounting to improve operations and processes
- Proven ability to foster an environment where team members are empowered to solve problems develop ideas and think beyond immediate tasks to the broader business impact
- Experience with hris systems preferably workday as well as servicenow
- Proficiency in microsoft office suite
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage day to day operational activities of the team and project and improvement activities related to own scope
- Responsible for qualitative results of team and delivery of KPIs on top of development of employees
- Coordinate tasks and projects within the team with cross function and department impact to ensure achievement of deliverables
- Manage operational and delivery elements of people related aspects
- Address personnel issues individually and collectively within the team
- Coach on personal development
- Monitor and evaluate performance of team members providing feedback and implementing improvement plans
- Provide guidance direction and support to team members
- Analyze future implications of issues
- Participate in improvement projects as Project Lead
- Develop and deliver usable processes for teams
- Drive and take ownership of continuous improvement activities and mindset of team
- Manage stakeholders internally within own area of responsibility and other HR areas and externally managing vendors and external relations
- Propose changes in organizational design to management and allocate resources to optimize productivity
- Take operational decisions within a light tactical business environment
- Address conflicts and challenges within the team finding solutions to overcome obstacles
- Create new approaches and procedures to solve operational issues
- Keep up with internal and external developments and ensure development transfer and retention of knowledge and information
