The role requires a proactive approach to identifying employee experience issues, retention risks, and opportunities for improving engagement and execution of key business plays.

In addition, this role serves as a key advisor to front line leaders, managers, and directors across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Human Resources, providing coaching and support on disciplines such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and workforce planning.
